Since last week, we went down to Kuala Lumpur just to do the survey

And our time going round and round looking for travel agencies and make sure our group and the other group doesn't go to the same travel agency

A Promise

After writing down the amount of things that I've yet to do




I made a promise to myself to study real hard for my today's test and for the upcoming test




Came home, went through the notes for a lil while, then my dad called




Went to the living room and started watching Olympics

When I got back to my room, I was feeling sleepy

I set my alarm to 2230 * note that time was 9 something *

Simply because:


1) I have a test on Wednesday and the notes are really super thick, so yea.. gonna have to read


2) I have yet to do my training report * can't keep delaying it anymore, tho it's up to me when I plan to hand it up *


3) I to go through my French assignment which is due god knows when


4) Prepare my English essay on Hospitality and Tourism events * arrrrgggghhhh *


5) I need to do my Law presentation with the FNB group, this is going to be super tough and hard to work on because we have different timetables and the only time we meet up is only on Thursday and Friday, and the presentation is due next weeek * stresss stresss stressss *


6) I need to do my Finance work * oh god, I'm so lost in Finance when I'm doing it by myself *


7) Need to collect articles relevant to my field for my English * It carries 10 % I think *



There's a lot more to come in the future or prob within weeks!!!


Even though there's gonna be loads of assignments and miscommunication along the way


Hopefully, my classmates and I would be able to pull through it :p

To those who are acquainted with me

I have fruood swings ( Fruit + Food ) very often

Lately I've been craving for ice cream

which I find it weird cause the things I usually crave for:

1) Fruits (Orange,Pear,Dragon fruit,Watermelon and etc )
2) Pizza * yummmyy *
3) Chips
4) King's Pie * delicious *

and the list goes on..

So yesterday, before I went to my uncle's house to have dinner with the Singaporeans.. I made mum promise me to get me Baskin Robbins before we head home!

Mum kept saying " You're gonna be fat!! You're gonna be fat!" everytime I reminded her bout the promise!! * ish ish ish *

So after dinner, Mum and I went to get something from my aunt's house

As usual, there were a lot of talking and laughing

I wanted to join in, but I couldn't understand what they were talking ( they were talking in hokkien, I managed to understand bits of it only!!! * damn it, looks like I need to brush up my hokkien * )

An hour later ( I think ), we left... and I kept pestering mum bout the promise while she was driving..* annoying yea? * Went to Baskin Robbins outlet at Centre Point to get my ICE CREAMM!!!!!! * YAY ME!!!!!*

There was screaming in my head when we arrived * I'm a small kid :D *
Oh, and this "I scream,You scream,We all scream for an ICE CREAMMM!!!! " came to my head!! while we were choosing.. LMAO.. XD

Mum had green tea and I had TWO scoops of Bananas and Strawberry!! * two thumbs up * Talked for a bit, then we went home!

It's 920 am and I'm craving for ice cream!! * arrrgggghhhhh *

Anyways.. I need to get ready for rehearsal!! * woohoooo *

Think You Can Dance??

So You Think You Can Dance just finished... I think this program is 100 times better than the Rexona No Sweat Challenge * tongue out for Rexona No Sweat program *

Back to the program.. I think the guys are very talented except for maybe one or two (won't mention the names, you'll have to see it for yourself..) Some girls are talented too but not as talented as the guys..

Here's what I think of the contestants:


1) Sarah and Hong

- These two work together really well.. but somehow Hong outshines Sarah in many ways *notice how all the judges always comment on how Hong is fantastic and Sarah is always out of breath or maybe reserved??* They are one of my favourite teams!!


2) Sim and Belalang

- These two are really funny.. especially when they were showing the video of their rehearsal.. Belalang went " CINTAA, CINTAAAA " towards the camera.. Couldn't stop laughing!! I like their dance.. Very touching and it makes you wanna cry and it moves you??



3) Zef and Sly

- This couple was erm... alright.. like the music but the costume on her was fucking hideous.. You know she's not exactly skinnuy, yet she was wearing this pink polka dot dress with some white belt?? Dad says she looks like a piglet dancing!! * LMAO* Overall their dance wasn't bad, like the song they danced to!!


4) Cecelia and Ray

- I seriously think these 2 shouldn't be in the competition.. The girl likes to cry a lot and it's annoying to see the same person crying ALWAYS * think they should always provide a box of tissue for you * During this performance, I find the girl a lil faster than the guy and she looks like a crazy woman cause of her hair * take a look at it * As for the guy, he's not too bad this time but I still find him a lil odd.. He's TOOO STIIFFF... You know like KAYU!!!


5) Farah and Black

- Last week performance, I wouldn't say they did well as a team.. but if you're judging individually, Black stood out.. Farah was a lil erm... awkward * she was suppose to shake her ass like how you see Beyonce shakes her booty, but she didn't.. in fact I think she didn't shake her booty at all*.. maybe she's not use to dancing hip hop.. This week, Black was really good * thumbs up *..Farah was in her comfort zone.. Thus the good comments from all the judges...



6) Jojo and Raymond

- I like their performance last week, very very cute but the girl's costume was hideous!! Their costume this week was slightly better, but I do not like the girl's costume * it's TOO PINK!!! * Their performance was really boring till my dad was saying " It's the safest dance to do and it can't be that hard to do it" * eyes are rolling * The judges didn't like the dance very much



7) Samantha and Chee Wei

- My least favourite couple.. Don't really like the dances they've done so far.. but this week it wasn't too bad.. tho I don't like the female dancer.. the guy's performance and technique was better than the girl.. I find the girl a bit LEMAH!! * don't you think so?? *



Hmmmm.. I think I left out one couple * My bad* I think that couple did Cha Cha.. Moving along to the Survival performances.. we have, Napi, Jojo, Zef, Sly, Raymond and Sarah.. I thought Jojo's performance was really cute and Raymond's technique is very good.. As for the rest.. am not really a big fan.. I think all the bottom 6 has the talent but someone has to go * booo hooo * At least this time I didn't have to see someone crying her eyes out on stage * Thank God!! *

Back to the results.. Zef and Napi were eliminated.. No surprise.. She wasn't fantastic and dad says she's like a piglet cause of her costume.. As for the guy, Napi.. I thought he did quite well.. then again.. it's by voting.. even though you might be extremely talented but if you're at the bottom 6 and you do not have enough friends to vote for you.. You'll be eliminated... So you see, you need to have tons and tons of friends to really really vote for you in order to stay in the competition!!

Anyways, enough of the contestants.. I find the host very very very very very very very very very very annoying.. especially when she talks and smiles!! * think you should find another host *

I'm pretty tired.. so I'm gonna go off!!

Summary of the Bangkok trip (Part 1)

4TH JUNE

Left for Bangkok on the 4th with my two shopaholic sweethearts!! Arrived in Bangkok around 1715 *take note that Thailand is an hour behind KL time* Had room service for dinner then we were off to the night market.. then we went back to the room and snapped some pictures!!

‘Be strict like Singapore’

KUANTAN: Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob briefly became a newscaster during the state assembly sitting here yesterday, reading an article about stringent measures taken by the Singapore Government on a group of political activists who screened a film about Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew without obtaining approval from the media regulator.

The article was carried by a local English daily yesterday and with the paper cutting in his hands, Adnan took several minutes reading it.

It was to drive home the message that by being too lenient and open to media practitioners including bloggers, there could be an influx of articles so much so that readers were inclined to believe falsehoods.

Adnan said that it was good if Malaysia could be strict like Singapore.

“In Malaysia, we just let them be and due to some bloggers, people tend to believe unfounded articles as the truth.

“This is to show that this is what we get when we are too open,” he said.

Adnan, however, noted that a blog had its uses as it could be a platform to explain the government's policies and programmes.

He also spoke in jest that even he had a blog while state Information, Science, Technology and Innovation Committee chairman Datuk Mohd Sharkar Shamsuddin had none.

Earlier, when replying to a written question from Abdul Rahman Mohamad (BN – Padang Tengku), Mohd Sharkar said he had no intention of setting up a blog because readers whose negative comments were not posted might take the matter into another blog and condemn him or the state government.

Can or could we ever be strict like them?? I think we could.. but it'll take awhile..

School uniform sexy, says group

KUALA LUMPUR: A Malaysian group condemned the uniform worn by girls at government schools, saying it encouraged rape and pre-marital sex.

“The white blouse is too transparent for girls and it becomes a source of attraction,” National Islamic Students Association of Malaysia vice-president Munirah Bahari said in a statement.

“It becomes a distraction to men, who are drawn to it, whether or not they like looking at it,” she said, calling for a review of uniform policy so that it did not violate Islamic ideals.

In multicultural Malaysia, home to majority-Muslim Malays as well as ethnic Chinese and Indians, female students at government schools have a choice of wearing a white blouse with a knee-length skirt or pinafore.

They may also wear a “baju kurung” and a headscarf is optional for Malay students.
Munirah said that “covering up” according to Islamic precepts was important to fend off social ills, including “rape, sexual harassment and even premarital sex.”

“This leads to babies born out of wedlock and, to an extent, even prostitution,” she said.

“Decent clothes which are not revealing can prevent and protect women from any untoward situations,” she said, suggesting that girls wear a blouse of a different colour or with an undergarment.

However, the girls themselves also came in for criticism, with the association saying that some used the white blouse to lure men.

“This is the source of the problem, where we can see that schoolgirls themselves are capable of using this to attract men to them,” Munirah said.

“This could see them getting molested, having premarital sex and all sorts of things.” – AFP

I'll say it one more time.. you ppl are seriously super free.. you have nothing to do and now you're saying that school uniforms are sexy?? Common.. you should seriously get your head checked..

To be honest.. it has nothing to do with the school uniforms but it's your mentality.. Other countries for instance Japan.. The girls uniform there are way more revealing than ours.. yet you seldom or rarely hear any rape cases.. *sigh*
